ABOUT NED
Ned is a veteran voiceover performer who’s
been doing freelance voice work for more than 30 years. During his
long career, his versatile, easy-to-listen-to, believable voice
has been heard nationally on hundreds of commercials from
cars and banks to food and retail stores...and from television,
radio, movie, and other entertainment promos to hospitals and airlines.
He is also an award-winning narrator with
a warm, direct, compelling style. His narration for corporate
and technical productions is authoritative, yet friendly, and
his voice on hundreds of nonprofit films and videos has
helped raise more than $300 million for hospitals, children's
agencies, animal welfare organizations and hospices. In addition,
he is an experienced scriptwriter and during a session
is happy to help out with ideas for copy that is too long or too
short or “isn’t quite working."
Ned’s clients
have ranged from Fortune 500 companies and national advertising
agencies to local radio and television stations and nonprofits,
and include The Discovery Channel, Nissan, Hunt’s Tomato
Sauce, Comcast, American Heart Assn, Continental Air Lines, U.S.
Forest Service, The Price is Right, Dole Bananas, Honda, Sara
Lee, Annheuser-Busch, United Artists, Alcoa Aluminum, MCA Records
and the 1984 Olympics. (See Clients
